Unitmachine for weight control filling and capping

1. (1）With the proprietary weighting system developed, accurate filling can be performed even if the container weight deviates and the liquid passage fluctuates. The change of filling weight is made easy by the touch control panel.

2. (2)The mechanism is simple and conforms to CIP, and it allows easy cleaning and sterilization of containers.

3. (3)Fill mode can be easily set up on the touch panel.

4. (4)The actual filling weight can be recorded, and products deviating from specified weight can be automatically rejected. Data management is also available.

5. (5)Capper is a torque control method by servomotor.
