This machine is filling line for pre-sterilized ,nested syringes in a tub，such as SCF ™ with device for automatic peeling tyvek sheet off．
Pre-filled syringe helps medical worker to reduce their workload and prevent medical error,so the demand for pre-filled syringe is increasing every year among medical institution.
On the other hand automated production of pre-filled syringe in aseptic condition has been requested.
We developed filling line for pre-sterilized nested syringes in a tub,such as ＳＣＦ™ tyvek sheet is automatically peeled off and presterilized syringes are automatically removed from a tub, put in alignment one by one and filled.
Automatic removing presterilized syringe one by one from a tub and syringe fillinge one by one offers the advantage of in-process checking weighing and lack of rubber stoppering.
